We make your care and comfort our priority! Our office uses a custom formulated pharmaceutical rub-on anesthetic gel to numb areas prior to treatment. Dr. Ransdell also utilizes techniques learned from acupuncture and acupressure to administer “Novacaine” slowly and nearly painlessly. Ask around. We are known for our gentle “shots”. Our staff and doctors are well known for their consideration and attention to your comfort. Our offices have televisions mounted to enable our patients to watch their favorite programs. Headphones & IPods are also available. Blankets & neck pillows make a longer visit more comfortable. Lip Balm and coffee are available. As our patient, you are number one.
